Experience
- The NIMDR-TB coordinator should have prior/current experience, not less than three years, in the treatment and management DR-TB care
- Be updated with the current DR-TB clinical practises as per the 2019 DR-TB clinical reference guidelines
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in DR-TB programme management
- Experience and knowledge of DR-TB management: programmatic and drugs, adverse events, and the management thereof
- Good understanding of the M&E system
