Requirements:-
NQF 7 tertiary qualification in Labour Relations/Human Resource Management/Law/ Employment Relations. 3-5 years’ experience at Junior Management (ASD) level within Labour Relations environment. A valid driver’s license. skills & knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Public Service Act, Employment Equity Act, Public Service Regulations, Public Service Commission’s rules for dealing with complaints and grievances, Public Service Coordinating Bargaining Council’s Resolutions, Interpretation of legislation/ policies, Policy/ guideline formulation. Management skills, Communication (verbal and written), Computer literacy, Organizing Analytical, Budgeting/Financial skills, Innovative Leadership, Negotiating, Presentation, Networking and building bonds, Planning and organising. Problem solving and decision making. Concern for other. Creative thinking. Customer service orientation. Decision making. Diversity citizenship. Organisational communication effectiveness. Problem analysis. Self-management. Team membership. Technical proficiency
